GGDESIGN, based in Italy, is the data controller for this website (ggdesign.it) and determines why and how any personal data described below is processed. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@ggdesign.it.

GGDESIGN does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology on this site, and does not collect or store personal data from visitors who are simply browsing. Text entered into the type-preview tool is rendered locally in your browser and is never sent to or stored by GGDESIGN.

Checkout is operated by Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”), which acts as merchant of record for every sale on this site. When you make a purchase, the personal data you provide at checkout — including your email address, billing details, and payment information — is collected and processed by Polar as the seller of record, on the legal basis of performing your purchase contract. GGDESIGN does not receive, see, or store your payment details, and does not maintain its own database of customers or orders.

Polar uses this data to process payment, issue receipts, prevent fraud, comply with tax obligations, and provide access to your purchased files through its Customer Portal. Polar may process and store this data outside the European Economic Area; see Polar's privacy policy for details on retention, international transfers, and how to exercise your rights with them directly.

If you contact GGDESIGN directly about an order (for a custom license, a refund, or support), GGDESIGN will process the information you provide — such as your name, email, and order details — solely to respond to and resolve that request, on the basis of its legitimate interest in providing customer support.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Since GGDESIGN itself holds no customer or order data, requests concerning a purchase are generally best directed to Polar; GGDESIGN will assist and forward any request it receives on to Polar where needed.
